I've linked a screenshot of the router below. I've done this before with a different router in Destiny 1 and it worked, but I recently got a new router and the settings are different. Everything I type in the ports I get a variety of error messages. I've tried for several days to set up the port forwarding but I've had no luck. Anyways, I'm constantly getting disconnected. I think it got a bit better after setting up the PS under DMZ but I'm not sure. I've set a static IP for my PS4 and I've set it up under DMZ. I get disconnected usually within 5 minutes of logging on and sometimes I can't get on at all.
